People are quite similar in needing care. Not everyone reacts the same way in each environment. This seems like common sense, yet it takes getting used to. Me? I grow best in a hands on communicative world where I can tend and be tended. I noticed this, in particular, the last week.
I'm finally starting to get well. I had some stellar experiences and some not so. Which makes sense. One doesn't want all thrills and highs. If you didn't have lows, you wouldn't appreciate the best bits. Yet, the times I was tended with focused care made me more thankful, happier, joyful. It also made me aware of the times I wasn't. Passing on the care, making those around me a more important part of my life, doing for both myself and others are necessary for positive growth.
Myself. Needing to remember that part most of all. Making sure I know where to find water, sunshine, and fresh air instead of waiting around to be tended is a good thing.
