THEN, I went to the finance spot, which was now open. OH LORD, I'm glad we have some sort of insurance, cuz even with it the cost is more than two of our older used cars put together! Maybe 3. After that, I was privileged to discover I needed blood drawn. It was pretty sad. I had not prepared and it was obvious. The poor gal was overheard talking to my veins, 'come on, one mil, come on.....' She put the sample in pediatric vials. I started to get a bit dizzy, but survived. (like I wouldn't!) Then, I was set up on their 'online patient system'. I am so glad I didn't wait to do it at home! It appeared my name, in EVERY form, was invalid. It finally accepted it in lower case and with no spaces.
Did errands and got home in time to finish the laundry. Actually, the towels are mostly dry and still in the dryer. I do have some that need hung outside. We are supposed to get a .17 chance of rain, so am pretty sure they'll dry ok. My library meeting was cancelled til next week.
It is super really awful late (well, not really, but I am tired!). However, the cats have calmed down and me climbing into bed with them will disturb them. Also disturbing The Craftsman who was very busy today. He got my counters mostly done! (a whole other post!)
So, lessons from today. Drink water every day, check your blood often, and don't put on your jammies in the dark!
