Maxwell T. Silverstone is the oldest. He was a barn cat from the coast and was adopted by a family who had an allergic child. So, we ended up with an incredibly soft grey striped kitten. Maxwell was very good at camouflage, so we chose spy names. Maxwell (Get Smart and the 'M' on his forehead), T for Mr. T, and Silverstone for one of the boy's favorite Disney TV shows about a boy spy (The Famous Jett Jackson). We had several other cats, but had to adopt Moses. Moses is a polydactyl. He has 6 toes on each foot and is where his name came from. "Moses supposes his toeses are roses, but Moses supposes erroneously." (Singing in the Rain) After moving to Eastern Oregon, we ended up with Kilala. He is actually Strider's cat, but when that son moved East he could only take the ferret. Thankfully, we ended up with Kila! He now sleeps exclusively in Bear's room. None of our feline's get along at all. Moses and Max used to, but then we got Kila and grumpiness was the name of the game.
